Purpose: Define your identity in the Immortal Mentality
Write 1-3 emotional sentences describing yourself as the person you were always meant to be. Use present tense, as if you're already living it.
Examples:
• "I am a creator of transformational education. I build systems that free minds and unleash human potential. I live in exhilaration."
• "I am a builder of businesses that serve humanity. I create value relentlessly and live in freedom."
• "I am an artist expressing truth through my work. I inspire others to see beauty and live authentically."
Purpose: Name your core value-creation activity
This is what you discovered during the visualization exercise. The productive activity you'd naturally do with unlimited time and money.
If you found a specific topic: Write it (e.g., "Writing," "Teaching," "Building systems," "Health coaching")
If still unclear: Write "Value Creation"—this is the ultimate essence and completely valid.
Remember: This may evolve as your life expands. You can have multiple FNEs (e.g., "Teaching + Family" for a mother with a business).
Purpose: Tangible outcomes aligned with your FNE
List the specific projects or problems you're working on—big or small. These are your seeds planted in the soil of your essence.
Examples:
• "Launch my coaching program by December"
• "Build schools for underserved children"
• "Create a family porch for quality time"
• "Write and publish my first book"
• "Make baseball free for every child in the U.S."
You can have multiple dreams. Focus on the ones you're actively pursuing now.
Purpose: The specific actions, habits, and changes needed RIGHT NOW
These are often the things you're avoiding. Skills to develop, behaviors to change, habits to install.
Examples:
• "Go to bed by 10pm consistently"
• "Create 3 pieces of content weekly"
• "Be more playful with my children"
• "Study marketing 1 hour daily"
• "Complete my Golden Life Sheet today"
• "Block FNE time in my calendar"
• "Stop seeking external validation"
This section changes most frequently as you master each focus.
Purpose: Schedule joy and connection—the reason for living
Remember the two movements of life: Value Creation (generating happiness) and Value Reflection (experiencing happiness). Don't neglect loved ones while working hard.
Examples:
• "Weekly date night with my partner"
• "Monthly family adventure"
• "Quarterly solo retreat"
• "Daily playtime with children"
• "Annual trip to Italy"
• "Weekend hikes in nature"
These activities recharge you and remind you why you're creating value in the first place.
Purpose: Ensure you remain vital for the future choice of extended life
Split this into two parts: Health (now) and Longevity (long-term habits).
Examples:
Health:
• "Walk 30 minutes daily"
• "Strength train 3x per week"
• "8 hours sleep minimum"
• "Mediterranean diet"
Longevity:
• "Take Longevity supplement"
• "Annual full health screening"
• "Maintain healthy weight"
• "Practice stress management daily"
The word "longevity" forces long-term thinking into your awareness.
